2012 ISERP Election Series

The yearlong ISERP 2012 Election Series is a forum for academics, journalists, and other experts to comment on the issues at stake in the 2012 presidential election. The series fosters interdisciplinary conversations on themes including health care, the emergence of grassroots movements, international affairs, economics, President Obama’s legacy, and more.

These panel conversations bring together leading experts from across the social sciences and humanities to engage the Columbia community and beyond. ISERP co-sponsors panels with its affiliated centers and workshops, as well as other Columbia University departments and centers. The Fall 2012 panels coincide with the celebration of ISERP’s 13th anniversary.
