Bethany graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2008, with a B.A. in Political Science. In addition to coordinating the Mellon Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellows program and providing administrative support to ISERP, she also works on the Project on Security, Military, and U.S. Society. Previously, Bethany researched the role of think tanks and nonprofits on security policymaking at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. A portion of her contribution was published as part of the "The Think Tank Index" in Foreign Policy in 2009.
