Her MA thesis, Articulating Identity: How Myth Functions Within the Interview explores how people draw agency from the stories they tell about their lives. She has worked at the American Social History Project at the CUNY Graduate Center and wrote her undergraduate thesis about the changing role of New York City in American consciousness.
