In collaboration with FEPS, IPD will undertake research regarding the reforming of financial market regulation. Specifically, the collaboration will focus on issues of disclosure and transparency; regulating incentives (especially compensation schemes); regulating behavior by introducing counter-cyclical elements into regulation; and the possibility of introducing institutional innovations.
