Working Paper Series

The ISERP working paper series was designed to circulate promising, new scholarly work of our affiliates, and includes theoretical and empirical research papers, as well as research-based policy papers. Papers accepted into the series demonstrated a strong potential for publication, but had not yet been submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere.
