Short Term Guest Housing

Columbia Residential, from March 1st,2020 will offer a limited number of apartments for short-term rental. The short-term accommodations will be located at Butler Hall at 400 West 119th Street, on the corner of Morningside Drive. To support the maintenance of short-term apartments and provide the best service to our partners and affiliated visitors, we have established: ·

Accommodations can be reserved for up to 29 consecutive days by affiliated visitors to the University, or by departments that would like to utilize a University accommodation.

To make a reservation for guest housing, please complete the Guest Housing Request Form at least 3 business days prior to the guest’s expected arrival. We will contact you by email within 48 hours of your request to confirm your reservation. Kindly note, confirmation of all requests is subject to availability.

Cancellations must be received via email at at least 24-hours before check-in. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in an administrative fee charged to the requestor.

Payment is accepted by credit card or Interdepartmental Invoice (IDI); please indicate in your request whether the department or guest will be responsible for payment.
