The communications colloquium maintains an ongoing conversation about problems of communication and mediation, both current and historical. Presentations deal with substantial problems as well as theoretical and methodological issues that span a number of different intellectual fields. This inherently interdisciplinary series of seminars is anchored in the Communications PhD Program at the Graduate School of Journalism, and brings together students and faculty from across the university to discuss cutting-edge research.
