Ziyao Tian

Biography:

Ziyao Tian is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy (ISERP), Department of Sociology, and the Asian American Initiative. She holds a PhD in Sociology and previously worked at Pew Research Center. She works with Professor Xi Song to examine mobility and stratification processes among Asian Americans in the labor market using linked employer-employee administrative data. Her research focuses on how social, organizational, and technological contexts shape economic mobility and racial inequality.
